Rescheduling Policy:

You may reschedule your session at no charge if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your session are eligible for a full refund or can be applied as a credit toward a future session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, will not be refunded.

Emergency Situations:

If an emergency prevents you from attending your session, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule.
