• Device Compatibility: Online sessions are conducted via Zoom, compatible with most devices, including computers, tablets and smartphones.

Please note: Due to the nature of the sessions, clients with severe hearing loss may face challenges in fully participating. We regret this limitation and encourage you to contact us to discuss your specific needs and explore possible accommodations.
In-Person Sessions Accessibility

• Physical Accessibility: Unfortunately, our current location is not wheelchair accessible. To ensure everyone has the opportunity to participate, we are happy to make alternative arrangements, including meeting at the client’s home or another mutually agreed-upon accessible location.

• Quiet and Comfortable Environment: We ensure a calm, private space for all sessions to support relaxation and focus.

• Flexible Scheduling: We offer flexible appointment times to accommodate varying needs and commitments.
